Nitish Kumar said, “All partners in the alliance have set aside their differences and are working unitedly towards a common goal, which is to unseat the BJP at the Centre. Those pulling the strings at the Centre will lose, be assured.” Speaking on Media, he stated, “Your voices are being muzzled right now. The day you are set free, you’ll be able to speak and write what you think is right. This is very important in a democracy. They want to rewrite the country’s history but we won’t allow them to do it.”

At the press conference, Rahul Gandhi said, “If all parties come together then it is impossible for BJP to win. The task is to come together in the most efficient way possible.” Meanwhile, CPI (M) Leader Sitaram Yechury stated, “It is very clear that the BJP-led government at the Centre is rattled by the coming together of all the secular parties. This alliance has expanded as two more parties have come onboard. We have had discussions on the basis on which seat sharing will be done at the state level.”

In a brief statement during the press conference, Uddhav Thackeray, the chief of Shiv Sena (UBT), mentioned that those against the I.N.D.I.A. alliance were growing apprehensive as the opposition coalition continued to gain momentum. He also criticized the government for addressing LPG prices while ignoring the soaring costs of essential food items, highlighting the issue of inflation. Asserting the solidarity among the Opposition partners, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal stated that despite potential efforts to undermine the alliance, all bloc members are united in their shared objective of removing the BJP from the Centre.

Kejriwal said, “There’s no tussle between anyone in the alliance.” RJD chief and former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav emphasized that the country endured BJP rule for years due to the lack of unity among the Opposition. Earlier on Friday, members of the alliance took significant steps toward their overarching objective of collectively challenging the BJP-led NDA in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
