Weather Update: Delhi-NCR face heavy rainfall; More showers expected Nation-wide

Weather Update: With the amount of rainfall in every state, it appears that the monsoon has come up all the way again. Many states, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Delhi are receiving significant amount of rainfall. As per the new weather update today from IMD, the same is expected to run on 24th September i.e. today as well. However, the department has predicted that the same climate will be seen in Delhi on forthcoming days as well.

Delhi

The temperature in the NCR is expected to lie between the range of 22 degree to 27 degree. Heavy rainfall is predicted for today in the Delhi-NCR region. Thunderstorms in isolated areas are predicted with a generally cloudy sky.

Mumbai

Light rains with a cloudy atmosphere is expected in the city & suburbs. The city had already seen widespread rainfall from past few days, and the cycle will continue for a couple of days more.

Chennai

A few showers ae expected in the city today. While, the sky will remain cloudy. The overall temperatures are expected to be on cooler side.

North India

Heavy rainfall with thunderstorms are on cards for Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Rajasthan and Haryana.

Sister states

The seven sister states are expected to go on a similar string of heavy rainfall with thunderstorms. Arunachal Pradesh will face the same climate for tomorrow as well.

South India

Due to South West Monsoon Winds, most of the cities in South India. Odisha will receive the most of showers.
