Weather Update: Delhi-NCR to get relief from rainfall, Uttar Pradesh to receive light showers

Weather Update: The India Meteorological Department on Friday issued a yellow signal for rainfall in the national capital and advised the public about the same amid severe rainfall in numerous cities across the nation. The IMD also projected significant rain for Uttar Pradesh and issued an Orange Alert for Uttarakhand.

On Saturday, Delhi received rain for the third day in a row, which caused traffic jams in several areas. Even though the minimum temperature remained a few degrees above seasonal average.

Delhi

The IMD predicts a typically cloudy sky with light rain in the national capital on Sunday (September 25) and Monday (September 26). The NCR will face the same weather like the previous days.

Mumbai

In the morning, the sky will remain partly cloudy. Generally cloudy sky towards the evening/night, with mild to moderate rain in the city and suburbs.

Chennai

The climate will remain the same like previous days. The sky condition is predicted to be cloudy with light showers in some parts of the city.

North India

As per the latest weather update, North Indian states including Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Rajasthan will continue to receive light showers.

Northeast India

Scattered rainfall is predicted in the sister states. Isolated areas may also receive thunderstorms. The same climate will also affect Bihar.

South India

States including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Odisha will receive rainfall in isolated areas.
