Weather Update: IMD alert rain from Arunachal to Kashmir, know weather of North India

Weather Update: It’s raining in many parts of the country right now. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rains in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, and Nagaland, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, and neighboring states in a series of tweets today, September 4. On the other hand, floods continue to threaten many states in Madhya Pradesh and North India. In terms of weather in North India, the activities of the returning monsoon will be visible in the coming days.

Weather in Delhi

The national capital of Delhi will experience a minimum temperature of 27 degrees Celsius and a maximum temperature of 37 degrees Celsius today, September 4, according to the IMD. No rain is expected, despite the fact that it may be cloudy there. At the same time, Lucknow will experience a minimum temperature of 26 degrees and a maximum temperature of 36 degrees Celsius.

Rain is expected over These states for next 4 days

The next four days, the weather update agency has predicted heavy downpours and thundershowers over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura. On September 4, Arunachal Pradesh is anticipated to experience heavy rain.

In different areas of Jammu and Kashmir, heavy rain is forecast for September 4. At the same time, there is a chance of significant rainfall over Himachal Pradesh on September 4 and over Uttarakhand on September 4-5. A decrease in rain activity can also be seen over the plains of Central and Northwest India in the coming next five days.

Monsoon in September

The Monsoon Trough is moving north from its normal position, passing through Amritsar, Ambala, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Darbhanga, Balurghat, and then eastwards through Nagaland via North Bangladesh and Assam, according to Skymet Weather. A cyclonic circulation exists over Lakshadweep and the adjacent Southeast Arabian Sea, and a trough extends across the Konkan from the cyclonic circulation to North Madhya Maharashtra.
