Weather Update: Delhi NCR on the Boil! Check Conditions in Ranchi, Lucknow and Patna

Weather Update: The India Meteorological Department predicts that heatwave to severe heatwave conditions would continue across many areas of northern India. The Mumbai Regional Meteorological Centre predicts moderate to heavy rainfall throughout the city and its outskirts. There is a chance of heavy rain in Shimla, which would provide much-needed relief for the locals and the environment. The meteorological service reports that rain is predicted for Kanpur and other UP cities. However there will be heatwave conditions in Lucknow. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Delhi NCR's extreme heatwave conditions are probably going to last.

It is anticipated that Delhi would have minimum and maximum temperatures of between 33 and 43 degrees Celsius, respectively. The Pune city is expected to see above-average rainfall, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). Pune is preparing for a period of intense precipitation as the southwest monsoon's Arabian branch is expected to resurrect. However, there will be cloudy sky in Ranchi and Patna which can turn into few spells of rain. According to the IMD forecast the Ranchi can see a maximum temperature of 36 degree Celsius.

According to the IMD, there is a high probability of heavy to extremely heavy rainfall in certain areas across West Bengal, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya and Goa. The IMD has predicted significant rainfall in certain areas over the states of Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Bihar and Jharkhand. In certain regions of Uttar Pradesh, heat wave conditions might potentially worsen into severe heat wave conditions. Bihar and Odisha are likely to see humid weather conditions in the daytime.
