Weather Update: As per the Indian Meteorological Department, starting from Sunday, there might be a decrease in the amount of rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms over northwest India. However, over the next three days, we can expect some rainfall along with thunderstorms and hailstorms in the northeast, east, central, and peninsular regions of India.

Parts of Northeast India should brace for more heavy rainfall, while the eastern parts of the country can expect moderate rainfall, as per the latest forecast. The India Meteorological Department predicts that scattered light to moderate rain is likely to start again on March 31st and continue for at least three to four days, with brief breaks in between.

Delhi

The national capital has been predicted to remain clear and sunny. Also, the warmth is also likely to increase as a result. The rains will return from the upcoming Friday. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 30 degrees while the minimum will be 17 degrees.

Mumbai

The city and its suburbs are also predicted to have a clear sky today along with sunny weather. No major shift in weather trend is predicted for a few days more. The maximum temperature will be 31 degrees and the minimum will be 24 degrees.

Chennai

IMD has predicted that Chennai is most likely to remain under the cover of moderate clouds. However, there are no chances of rain happening today. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 32 degrees and the minimum will be 27 degrees.

Kolkata

The IMD has forecast that Kolkata will get lashed by moderate to heavy rains today along with significant cloud covers. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 34 degrees and minimum will be 25 degrees.
