Weather Update: Rain in Kolkata and Kota, Check Conditions in Delhi, Patna and Other Regions

Weather Update: The Meteorological Department has issued a heatwave warning because temperatures are steadily rising in several sections of the nation. The Meteorological Centre in Jaipur reports that there have been reports of light rain and thunder in several areas in the divisions of Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Jaipur, Kolkata and Bharatpur. The states of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Punjab, and Haryana will all experience heat waves through Monday, in addition to the nation's capital, Delhi. Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry will experience intense heat and humidity. As to the department, Jharkhand, Vidarbha, North Interior Karnataka, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Odisha are among the regions that are expected to experience heat waves until Monday.

IMD forecasts that there will probably be isolated areas of severe rain or snowfall in Arunachal Pradesh. In few isolated areas over Telangana and North Interior Karnataka, a warm night is most likely to prevail. There's a good chance that certain areas of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, Telangana, and Interior Karnataka will experience isolated heat wave conditions. It is quite probable that coastal regions in Gujarat State, Konkan & Goa, Coastal Karnataka, Rayalaseema, Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam, Kerala & Mahe would have hot and muggy weather.
