Weather Update: In several parts of the country, including the capital Delhi, the weather is going to change once again. The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert for various states including Delhi, UP, and Rajasthan, may see rain today.
The Meteorological Department has also issued a warning for the southern states. From Thursday on, the weather will shift, and it might get colder. The chilly weather is set to increase because of the rain.

In UP, the effects of the fog have begun to start. The Meteorological Department predicts that western UP will have light rain and thundershowers on Thursday and Friday. Several other cities, including the capital Lucknow, are covered in fog. In Bihar, the morning and evening cold will begin. The department predicts a three to four degree reduction in temperature, with a further drop after November 15th.
Delhi
The national capital region is predicted to be partially cloudy for today. The haze will continue to affect the natives. Isolated parts of Delhi-NCR will receive the rainfall today. The maximum temperature will be 28 degrees and minimum will be 17 degrees.
Mumbai
The city and its suburbs are likely to be shiny and bright. Chances of rain are close to nil. However, the air quality index for the city continues to remain poor. Consequently, a smoggy kind of visibility will be present. The maximum temperature be 33 degrees and minimum will be 24 degrees.

Chennai
Adding relief to the city, there will be light showers or drizzels for today. As per the latest weather update, the sky will also be cloudy throughout the day. The maximum temperature will be 30 degrees and minimum will be 26 degrees.
Which of the state to receive rainfall?
Uttarakhand, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab are likely to receive isolated rains and drizzles. Meanwhile, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh are also predicted to receive fairly widespread snow or rains.
Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal are also predicted to receive isolated heavy rains for today.
