Shaheen Afridi: Ahead of all the miracles and luck, Pakistan has won the semi-final and booked a spot in finale after much ruckus. However, a video of delivery by Shaheen Afridi is now going viral. The instance is of first innings when Shaheen afridi broke the 65-run partnership between Kane Williamson and Daryl Mitchell. The New Zealand captain, who pulled across to scoop but exposed his stumps, was dismissed by a slower one from the left-arm fast.

The stump soon got knocked over and the bail flew over the wicketkeeper’s head, and the Kiwis lose a well-positioned batter just when he was needed most. At the halfway point, Pakistan was undoubtedly the side that was in much better situation, and they had able to maintain control because to their disciplined bowling and fielding.

Williamson had already committed and his stumps were clearly visible when the ball was delivered at a slower angle. He attempted to paddle the ball away as he shuffled. I hit and you miss! Shaheen did, forcing the New Zealand captain to make a quick trip back to the dugout.

The Men in Green bowled and fielded brilliantly to limit New Zealand to a subpar 152/4 after 20 overs. With a score of 53* off 35 balls, Daryl Mitchell performed the game’s standout performance, and captain Williamson added 46 off 42 balls. Pakistan then chased the target within 19.1 overs.
