Weather Update: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted that in the coming three to five days, the temperature in most parts of the country is expected to increase gradually. This means that it is going to get warmer and the highest temperature during the day may rise by about three to five degrees Celsius.

The weather forecast predicts that there won't be a heat wave in any part of the country over the next five days. The official statement read, "Maximum Temperatures are very likely to rise gradually by 3-5°C over most parts of the country except northeast India and Western Himalayan Region during next 3-5 days becoming near normal."

Delhi

The latest forecast by IMD states that the morning in the national capital will be hazy, but a sunny day follows later. The temperature will remain higher in the upcoming days as well. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 35 degrees and minimum will be 21 degrees.

Mumbai

Monday is predicted to be clear and sunny the entire day in Mumbai and its suburbs. There will be no major change in the weather conditions. Maximum temperature, for today, will be 36 degrees and the minimum will be 28 degrees.

Chennai

As per the latest weather update, Chennai will experience a sunny day and clear skies. No major change is forecast in the upcoming days. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 33 degrees and the minimum will be 26 degrees.

Kolkata

IMD has predicted that Kolkata will remain clearer and warmer today. There will be no clouds, and humidity will remain on the higher end as well. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 39 degrees and minimum will be 27 degrees.
