Weather Update: The daily weather update from the IMD is out and it forecasts intense and widespread rainfall to affect regions of Kerala and Mahe, while more scattered rain accompanied by thunderstorms is anticipated in areas including the Andaman-Nicobar Islands, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Coastal Karnataka, and Lakshadweep.

Isolated precipitation or snowfall is likely in Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, and isolated rain with thunderstorms may drench Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Konkan-Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, and Interior Karnataka.

Delhi

The national capital is forecast to be cloudy the entire day. However, there are very low chances of rainfall taking place. For today, the maximum temperature will be 35 degrees while the minimum will be 23 degrees with the humidity at 56%.

Mumbai

IMD has forecast that Mumbai will have a cloudy morning but the day will eventually go on to be sunny the entire day. Similar conditions are on the cards until the weekend. For today, the maximum temperature will be 34 degrees while the minimum will be 28 degrees with the humidity at 65%.

Chennai

Similar to Mumbai, Chennai is predicted to have a partially cloudy morning but the day will then go on to become rather sunny. However, there will be clouds in patches. For today, the maximum temperature will be 32 degrees while the minimum will be 26 degrees with the humidity at 76%.

Kolkata

Kolkata is predicted to continue with its relief spell. The day will remain generally cloudy and pleasant days are currently forecast for the next week too. For today, the maximum temperature will be 34 degrees while the minimum will be 25 degrees with the humidity at 59%.
