Presently, the train number 20485 passes from Jodhpur, Bhagat ki Kothi, Luni Junction, Dundara, Samdari Junction, Mokalsar, Jalor, Modran, Marwar Bhinmal, Raniwara, Dhanera, Bhildi Junction, Patan, Mahesana Junction and Sabarmati BG (SBIB). Now, it would originate from Jaisalmer.

In a post on X, Union Culture and Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat expressed gratitude to Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.

The Jodhpur Sabarmati Express would help in drawing more than a million tourists every year to the majestic Sonar Quila (Jaisalmer Fort), camel safaris and starlit desert camps. Travellers from Surat, Ahmedabad and Vadodara could now board their train at Sabarmati, reducing travel time by several hours. This enhanced connectivity would supercharge tourism, hospitality, catering, entrepreneurship and much more in both states.

Jaislamer’s economy would benefit from more footfalls at folk performances, havelis and adventure activities. This could easily translate to millions of Rupees getting injected into eateries, hotels, guides and more.

Breast Cancer, one of the biggest causes of deaths worldwide, may be treatable but the exorbitant costs, high-end medical care, painful procedures such as chemotherapy and a series of precautionary steps could make things more challenging than in the first place. In this piece of information, we would be reading about the different types of benign (noncancerous) breast lumps and how to protect your breasts.

Benign breast lumps are often common and non-cancerous in nature; a majority of them are not associated with breast cancer. However, every new breast lump MUST ALWAYS be evaluated by a doctor to decide if any treatment is required and to rule out the risk of breast cancer.

What Are Benign Breast Lumps?

A benign breast lump could be described as an area of swelling, thickening or the presence of a distinct mass that feels slightly different from the surrounding tissue. When a breast lump is benign, it means that the cells are not cancerous in nature. Furthermore, the cells don’t invade nearby tissue and don’t spread to other body parts. In fact, a majority of benign breast lump conditions are associated with age, hormones or normal structural breast changes.

Are All Breast Lumps Cancerous?

Different studies have demonstrated that around 8 out of 10 breast lumps evaluated are benign (noncancerous), not malignant (cancerous).

Breast lumps can vary in texture, size, appearance and cause. Some key benign types include:

  • Cysts: Fluid-filled sacs that could feel firm or soft, sometimes tender, especially before menstrual cycles. They are common in women after the age of 35 and often come and go with hormonal changes.
  • Fibroadenomas: Rubbery, smooth and solid lumps that move easily under the fingers that are common in younger women under the age of 30. They don’t increase cancer risk and may shrink or remain stable.
  • Breast infection or abscess (mastitis): Red, warm or painful area that may form a lump, usually in breastfeeding women. They require urgent medical treatment and sometimes drainage.
  • Fat necrosis or scar tissue: Irregular, firm lumps that tend to occur after a surgery or an injury to the breast. They could be benign in nature BUT may mimic cancer on examination and imaging. Therefore, urgent medical intervention is HIGHLY recommended.
  • Phyllodes tumours: Primarily benign fast-growing tumours that may recur if not fully removed; a small percentage could become cancerous.
  • General fibrocystic changes: Lumpy or rope-like breast texture, often more noticeable and tender before periods.

NOTE: You should ONLY count on imaging (mammogram, ultrasound) and sometimes biopsy may be recommended to confirm whether a lump is benign or malignant.

How To Care For Your Breasts?

Good breast cancer involves healthy lifestyle habits, self-awareness and regular screening.

Ideally you should:

  • Consume fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables along with whole grains, healthy fats and lean proteins. Highly processed foods and added sugars should be avoided.
  • Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate activity per week to help control weight and reduce estrogen levels produced by fat cells.
  • Wear properly fitted bras to prevent premature sagging and discomfort.
  • Use gentle, moisturizing cleansers and daily moisturizers, and apply sunscreen (SPF 15 or higher) to any area exposed to the sun to protect delicate breast skin.
  • Gentle breast massage to help lymphatic flow and increase comfort and awareness of normal breast texture.
  • Avoid smoking and limit alcohol; keep up with clinical exams and screening.

Lastly, you should seek IMMEDIATE medical intervention if you notice a new lump, skin dimpling, nipple discharge, redness or persistent pain in one or both breasts.

Bhagwant Mann: In a major breakthrough against illegal arms trafficking, the Punjab Police has dismantled a cross-border arms smuggling module operating in Amritsar. The operation was carried out by the Amritsar Commissionerate Police, leading to the arrest of five accused and one juvenile involved in the illegal network.

According to the Gaurav Yadav, police teams also recovered five sophisticated pistols, including Glock 9mm, PX5 .30 bore, Taurus 9mm, Gretta 9mm made in Pakistan, and one .30 bore pistol, along with 34 live cartridges and a sharp-edged weapon during the operation.

Bhagwant Mann: Links with Pakistan-based arms smugglers

Preliminary investigation has revealed that the arrested individuals were in contact with Pakistan-based arms smugglers through social media platforms. The accused allegedly coordinated the supply of illegal weapons from across the border and distributed them in different parts of the region.

Police officials said the network was actively working to circulate sophisticated firearms, which could have posed a serious threat to law and order in the state.

FIR registered, investigation continues

An FIR has been registered under the Arms Act at Maqboolpura Police Station, and further investigation is underway to trace the forward and backward linkages of the module and identify other individuals involved in the smuggling network.

The Punjab Police reiterated its zero-tolerance policy against illegal arms trafficking and organized crime, stating that strict action will continue against such networks to ensure public safety across the state.

UPSC CSE Result 2025-26: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the Civil Services Examination (CSE) final result 2025.

UPSC CSE Result 2025-26:Topper List

Anuj Agnihotri has topped the UPSC CSE Final Result 2025 examinations followed by Rajeshwari Suve M and Akansh Dhull in the second and third positions, respectively.

Last year, Shakti Dubey emerged as the AIR 1 rankholder.

The UPSC has recommended a total of 958 candidates for appointment. The examination process commenced with the preliminary examinations on May 25, 2025 and the Main examinations from August 22 to 31, 2025. The personality test or interview concluded on February 27, 2026.

The Union Public Service Commission has maintained a consolidated Reserve List of candidates in accordance with Rule 20 (4) & (5) of the Civil Services Examination Rules 2025. It has also maintained an an Extended List in accordance with Rule 20 (4) & (5) of the Civil Services Examination Rules 2025 along with the consolidated reserve list.

How To View UPSC CSE Result 2026 Results?

Candidates can view their results at upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in. On the official website, the UPSC CSE Final Result 2025 has already been released in the PDF format under the ‘Final Result’ section. The PDF document has listed the roll numbers and names of the recommended candidates by the UPSC in order of merit.

Candidates can only view their obtained marks in UPSC CSE 2025 on the UPSC website within 15 days from the date of the declaration of the result, meaning within March 20.

During the recent Israel-Hamas War developments and tensions involving Israel, United States, and Iran, people across India shared their reactions to reports about Ali Khamenei. Farhana was among those who publicly expressed sadness over the news, calling him a strong personality. However, her statement quickly triggered backlash and heavy trolling online.

Now, the reality TV personality has responded again and made it clear that the criticism does not affect her.

Farhana Bhatt Responds To Trolling

In a conversation with Instant Bollywood, Farhana Bhatt addressed the controversy and said people have the right to express their opinions.

She said, “hamare paas abhivyakti ki swatantrata hai aur bolne ki azadi hai. iska haq hai. Jahan log alag-alag apni bhavnayein vyakt karte hain jaisi unhe chahiye. mujhe koi dikkat nahi hai.”

During the interaction, Farhana also said she has always stood by India. She mentioned that she has worked closely with the Indian Army in Jammu and Kashmir as a peace activist.

She added, “main apne desh ke saath hamesha khadi hoon. ek peace activist ke taur par jammu kashmir mein maine sabse zyada army ke saath kaam kiya hai aur mujhe is baat se koi fark nahi padta ki log kya keh rahe hain.”

Farhana also spoke about criticism over how she celebrates festivals. According to her, such choices are personal and should not be judged by others.

She said, “Main holi kaise manaun yeh mera mann hai, mera tyohar hai. mujhe koi nahi bata sakta ki mujhe kaise tyohar manana hai.”

About The Controversy

The controversy started when Farhana reacted emotionally to the reported death of Ali Khamenei. Her earlier statement quickly went viral and sparked mixed reactions on social media.

She had said, “Woh ek aisi shakhsiyat the jinko kabhi bhulaya nahi ja sakta. woh hamesha hamare dilon mein zinda rahenge. allah unki shahadat qabool kare. Jitne bhi kashmiri log hain woh buri tarah se toot chuke hain. sabka dil dehal chuka hai. main sehri ke baad soyi nahi hoon. woh maseeha the.”

Her remarks were widely criticised online. Among those who reacted strongly was Rocky Jaiswal, husband of television actor Hina Khan. He questioned what he called “selective outrage” from people mourning a foreign leader while not showing the same emotion for Indian heroes.

In a strongly worded note, he wrote: “You backstab those who protect you and mourn foreigners who always stood against your country. Loyalty is everything”.

Meanwhile, Farhana recently shared photos from her Holi celebration at an elder care centre. In the pictures, she was seen applying gulal and distributing sweets to senior citizens.

Despite the ongoing criticism, Farhana Bhatt has maintained that she stands by her words and is not personally affected by the trolling.
