Truth Has Prevailed: BJP Must Apologize to the Nation for Conspiracy Against Arvind Kejriwal: Aman Arora

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab President Aman Arora on Friday addressed an important press conference and said that “truth may be delayed, but it can never be defeated.” He asserted that the acquittal of AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, senior leader Manish Sisodia, and other party colleagues in the so-called liquor scam case is not just a victory for AAP but a victory of truth and justice.

Arora said that it proves that Justice can be delayed, but you cannot kill the truth. Today, the court has exposed the bundle of lies that was fabricated by the BJP-led central government through its agencies. He was joined by AAP Ministers Harjot Singh Bains and Hardeep Singh Mundian.

Arora stated that the special court has completely rejected the baseless and fabricated conspiracy created by the BJP to politically destroy Arvind Kejriwal. “For nearly six months, a sitting Chief Minister was dragged from his home and put behind bars. Manish Sisodia was kept in jail for nearly two years. All this was done only to defame them, to crush their political existence, and to destroy their growing popularity,” said Arora.

Arora said the court not only acquitted and discharged Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and others with honour, but also made strong observations against the investigating agencies. He said, “The court clearly observed that there was no prima facie case. The prosecution theory was nothing more than mere conjecture. The CBI tried to construct a narrative of conspiracy, but there was absolutely no substance.”

He added that the court even indicated that departmental inquiry should be initiated against officers who built and executed this conspiracy. Calling it unprecedented, Arora said, “For the first time in the country’s history, a sitting Chief Minister like Arvind Kejriwal was targeted only because the BJP was afraid of his honesty and popularity. He was framed in a false case just to eliminate him politically.”

Arora directly targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, demanding a public apology. He said, “Narendra Modi and Amit Shah owe an apology to the people of this country. They must apologise for this conspiracy that was hatched to end the political career of Arvind Kejriwal. Such low-level politics has never made anyone great. A leader becomes big by drawing a longer line through development and public service, not by trapping political opponents in false cases.”

Arora said, “This is not just Arvind Kejriwal’s victory, not just Manish Sisodia’s victory, not just Aam Aadmi Party’s victory, this is the victory of truth. God has delivered justice. Truth can never be destroyed.”

Aman Arora reiterated that the BJP must seek forgiveness from the nation for misusing central agencies for political vendetta and attempting to malign leaders who brought an education revolution in the country.

The AAP Punjab President concluded by urging the central government to focus on governance and development rather than vendetta politics. “Instead of trying to finish political opponents through false cases, the BJP should work for the development of the country and address the real issues of the common people,” he said.

Dhaliwal said that today the honourable court’s decision has proved that the entire case concocted by the BJP to eliminate the Aam Aadmi Party was a deep-rooted political conspiracy.

Taking on the BJP, Congress, and Akali Dal, Dhaliwal said that all three parties collectively indulged in relentless propaganda day and night to tarnish the image of our leaders and to destroy the party. He said that the bundle of lies built by the opposition has today collapsed like a house of cards. The BJP misused its agencies to put our senior leadership behind bars, but they forgot that truth can be delayed, but it cannot be defeated.

Launching an attack on the BJP-led central government, Dhaliwal said that after this verdict, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have had to face embarrassment. He said that Arvind Kejriwal and our leadership fought firmly against the BJP’s dictatorship and oppression. This decision confirms that if anyone in the entire country is practicing honest and truthful politics, it is Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party.

He said that the sole objective of the BJP’s conspiracies was to stop us, but after the court of public opinion, now the court of law has also shown them the mirror.

Congratulating AAP workers across the country, Kuldeep Dhaliwal said that today is the victory of every individual who has faith in democracy and the judiciary. Becoming emotional, he said, “I am proud to be a soldier of the party led by a truthful and fearless leader like Arvind Kejriwal.”

It has now become clear that the entire case was a cheap political conspiracy woven solely to stop the rising popularity of Arvind Kejriwal. Investigating agencies were used as political weapons, and today that attempt has failed miserably.

Taking a strong swipe at the functioning of the BJP-led central government, Bains said that Manish Sisodia was kept behind bars for two years and Arvind Kejriwal for six months. He said they did not even consider that Manish Sisodia’s wife was battling a serious illness and Arvind Kejriwal is a diabetic patient. Politics is one thing, he said, but the opposition crossed all limits of inhumanity. Today, the court’s verdict has delivered a resounding slap to these dictatorial forces.

Bains said the entire country now understands that Arvind Kejriwal’s politics is the politics of work. Transforming government schools and building world-class hospitals were the real “crimes” for which attempts were made to punish them. However, by the grace of Guru Sahib, truth has prevailed.

Warning the opposition regarding upcoming elections, Harjot Bains said that this verdict is a positive signal for the future. Using chemicals like calcium carbide not only speeds up ripening but may introduce toxic elements such as arsenic and phosphorus. Consuming these fruits frequently can lead to digestive issues like bloating, acidity, and discomfort.

China, a long-time ally of Pakistan, has urged both nations to enter into a ceasefire. The country expressed its deep shock and sadness by the massive count of casualties caused by the Pakistan Afghanistan War.

Foreign ministry spokesperson, Mao Ning, remarked that China is open to playing a constructive role to initiate a ceasefire.

During a candid conversation, Maxtern once again referred to Elvish Yadav’s fanbase as “gawar.” He also admitted to making mistakes in handling the situation.

Maxtern Explains The Feud With Elvish Yadav

Speaking to Filmygyan, Maxtern clarified the nature of the tension. He said, “Main imandari se batata hoon ki is dauran kya hua tha meri ladai Elvish Yadav se thi hi nahi. Mujhe Elvish se nafrat aur dikkat nahi tha mujhe dikkat uski ganwar army se thi kyunki main us samay Abhishek Malhan ko support kar raha tha. In other words, Maxtern’s issues were never with Elvish himself but with his fan army, which had been trolling him online while he was supporting fellow contestant Abhishek Malhan.

He also admitted that miscommunication played a role. “Jab Elvish show se bahar aaya to usko yehi laga hoga ki Maxtern aur fans jhagda ho raha hai. Usko poori baat pata nahi hogi aur usne reply kiya hoga. Bas mujhse is dauran yeh galti ho gayi samajhne mein ki woh kis mindset ke saath aaya hoga.”

Maxtern Responds To Harassment Allegations

In another interview with Zoom, Maxtern addressed the accusations of harassment and side games during the reality show. He said, “Scene simple sa hai, usne (Elvish Yadav) mereko alag alag reality shows mein joke maare, mera naam liya jaha mai tha bhi nahi. Toh badle mein maine bhi kar diya, simple logic tha. Uske aisa karne se uske fans peeche pade the toh maine bhi kardiya and ab usee samaj aa gaya hai ki Maxtern ko ungli nahi karni hai, ye bhi kar sakta hai.”

He claimed to respond only when provoked. “Maine statement di thi ki jab tak vo nahi karega, main nahi karunga. Agar usne kiya toh mai bhi karunga (I had given a statement that as long as he doesn’t do it, I won’t either. But if he does it, then I will respond as well).”

Maxtern further criticised the spreading of false claims about him. “Ye vahi same hua jo Archit ne mummy vala victim card khela. Mereko ye cheez pasand nahi aati ki log mere baare me jhuth failaate hai aur inki gawaar army ye sab me yakeen kar bhi leti hai. Mai kisi ke parents ko kabhi gaali nahi deta, meri aadat hai hi nahi. Ye sab jo jhuth failaya hai Elvish and Archit ne, ye sab phattu log hai.”

Weather Update February 28 2026: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the states of Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh along with Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka are likely to experience rainfall. Delhi NCR and adjoining areas are likely to feel summer-like weather conditions ahead of March.

Many regions in Gwalior, Ujjain, Sagar, Ratlam, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Burhanpur, Satna, Rewa, Bhind, Shivpuri, Guna, Damoh, Chhindwara, Vidisha and Neemuch are likely to witness maximum temperatures hovering around 30 degrees Celsius.

Uttar Pradesh Weather Update

Moradabad, Saharanpur, Gorakhpur, Noida, Firozabad, Jhansi, Muzaffarnagar, Mathura, Rampur, Shahjahanpur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Varanasi, Ghaziabad, Prayagraj, Meerut, Bareilly, Aligarh and Farrukhabad are likely to stay dry and face like April-like summer conditions in February.

Haryana Weather Update

Sonipat, Panchkula, Bhiwani, Sirsa, Bahadurgarh, Jind, Kaithal, Fatehabad, Chandigarh, Faridabad, Gurugram, Panipat, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Rohtak, Hisar, Karnal, Rewari, Palwal and Mahendragarh would be experiencing a warmer climate. The weather conditions are not likely to change anytime soon.

Udaipur, Kota, Bikaner, Ajmer, Bharatpur, Alwar, Sikar, Bhilwara, Pali, Sri Ganganagar, Jaisalmer, Dausa, Churu, Tonk, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Hanumangarh, Barmer, Kishangarh and Bundi may receive mild to moderate rainfall, though afternoons would remind residents of April-like weather conditions.

Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand And Himachal Pradesh Weather Update

Shopian, Ganderbal, Bandipora, Doda, Kishtwar, Kathua, Rajouri, Poonch, Ramban, Reasi, Samba, Udhampur and Kargil may witness weather conditions where afternoon temperatures would resemble early April conditions.

Srinagar, Jammu, Anantnag, Baramulla, Pulwama, Kupwara, Kulgam, Kullu-Manali area, Palampur, Sundernagar, Arki, Dalhousie and Kasauli are likely to experience unusually warm February weather.

Bageshwar, Pauri, Tehri, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi, Champawat, Udham Singh Nagar and Dehradun may feel much warmer than usual.

The timing of the tweet (around 3.20 am) added to the curiosity. Many fans began wondering what prompted the message. Was it a joke, a philosophical thought or something personal? The actor did not explain the context. However, social media users were quick to react.

While some followers found the line witty and clever, others connected it to his past. Several comments mentioned old rumours involving his wife Jaya Bachchan and actress Rekha. A section of users trolled him and questioned the meaning behind his words.

Ajit Pawar Plane Crash: The Maharashtra Crime Investigation Department (CID) has remarked that it is presently pursuing a fair and transparent investigation into whether the Ajit Pawar plane crash incident was a case of criminal negligence, sabotage or a tragic accident.

On January 28 this year, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister who was also the leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), died in a plane crash near Baramati where he was going to attend a political meeting.

Delhi-based VSR Ventures, which operated the aircraft, has also come under the scanner. Many political individuals have called for a cancellation of its license.

Ajit Pawar Plane Crash-Announcement By CID

In an announcement, the CID said that it would be investigating the claims by many that the company operating the aircraft failed to strictly follow the standard operating procedures. On Tuesday, a special DGCA audit resulted in the grounding of four of the company’s aircraft.

The Baramati Plane Crash, which took the life of Ajit Pawar and four other accomplices, sent shockwaves across the country while also triggering intense debate in the political circles. Slain leader’s son also demanded a fair, transparent and comprehensive inquiry into the crash.

Crime Investigation Department’s Purpose

Additional director-general Sunil Ramanand remarked that the purpose of the Crime Investigation Department is to identify whether the Baramati Plane Crash was caused by serious lapses in safety protocols, deliberate interference or any other form of criminal act. The CID would examine flight logs, crew details, maintenance records, communication records, airworthiness compliance documents and more as part of its detailed investigation into the Baramati Plane Crash.

CID and Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau would coordinate with each other, as per Ramanand. AAIB is presently conducting a technical investigation parallel to the CID investigation into the crash causes. Ramanand remarked that the CID would consider findings of the AAIB before drawing any conclusion on criminal liability.
