Indio-China Ladakh Dispute in its 9th week.

The stand-off between the Indian and Chinese armies in eastern Ladakh is now in its ninth week.

The top defence-security establishment in India plans to keep a eagle eye for any signs of Beijing not enduring by the phase-wise disengagement and de-escalation agreed to by Indian and Chinese military commanders on June 30.

China said Chinese and Indian troops have taken “effective measures” to disengage at the Galwan Valley and other areas along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh and the situation is “stable and improving,” days after the two sides agreed on an expeditious withdrawal of soldiers from all the standoff points.

The standoffs between Indian and Chinese troops in Ladakh on the Line of Actual Control (LAC), where initial steps towards disengagement have taken place, are around a number of patrolling points or PPs in Galwan, Hot Springs and Gogra areas.

sources on Tuesday asserted a reduction of China’s People’s Liberation Army at the Pangong Tso Lake of eastern Ladakh. The sources added that the disengagement in Patrolling Point 15 will finish by July 8 (Wednesday) and that in Patrolling Point 17 Alpha in will finish in the next two days.

Susheel Gowda, 32 year old popularly known for serial “Anthapura” found dead in Mandya district, Karnataka.

Susheel was born in Mandya District Karnataka. Susheel was the only son of his parents.

He always wanted to become well established actor in Kannada entertainment industry.

He was about to enter into film industry. He had played important role in upcoming movie Salaga ( Kannada film) .The reason of his suicide is yet not confirm.

Mandya Superintendent of Police said ”“Susheel Gowda took his own life in his house located in Induvalu, Mandya. His mortal remains have been handed over to the family after post-mortem. An investigation is now underway,” K Parashuram”.

Shocked by the news Duniya Vijay wrote on Facebook, “When I first saw him I thought he is a hero material. Even before the movie got released he has left us too soon. Whatever may be the problem suicide is not the answer. I think the series of deaths will not end this year. It is not only because of Coronavirus people fear, people are losing faith because they don’t have job which can give them the money to lead a life. It is high time to stay stronger to overcome the crisis.”

Amita Ranganath, who had shared screen space with Susheel, says,, “I got the news from my friend. I still can’t believe that he is no more. He was such a sweet and soft hearted person who never loses his cool. It’s been very sad to know that he has left us so early. He had the talent to achieve more in the entertainment industry.”

Director of the serial Anthpura, Aravind Koushik posted “Sad news I heard . Susheel Gowda who played the lead in the tv serial Antahpura that I directed is no more . Rest in Peace.”

India breaks record with around 25,000 fresh Corona cases within 24 hours . Now India have 7.6 million of Corona cases. India’s recovery rate now is 62.1 percent.

Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said that there was no community transfer in India yet. 90% of the Covid-19 cases have been reported in eight states. His statement came as India saw record single-day surge of 24,879 cases, taking the caseload to 7,67,296 with Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Delhi, Telangana, UP and Andhra Pradesh contributing to around 75 per cent of the new cases.

Harsh Vardhan, after Ministers meeting on COVID-19, says: “During our discussions today, experts again stated that there is no community transmission in India. There may be some localised pockets where transmission is high but as a country, there is no community transmission.”

‘We are seeing on TV that India has become the third most COVID-19-affected country. It is necessary to see this in correct perspective, we are a country with the second highest population in the world. Our cases per million are 538, while world average is 1,453,” he adds.

PM Modi while addressing India Global Week 2020 said, ”Vaccines made in India are responsible for 2/3rd of the vaccine needs of the world’s children. Today also our companies are active in international efforts for development and production of Covid-19 vaccine”.

    The Union Cabinet has granted the permission to provide flats made under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, at affordable  price for the migrant workers and poor people

    After the Cabinet meeting Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar, said under Shahari Awas Yojna migrant workers and poor people will get house at affordable price, under the scheme, government funded housing in different cities will be converted into affordable rental housing Complex under the public private partnership mode.

    He also mentioned, approx 3 lakh  migrant workers and poor people who is affected by lockdown will get benifit of this.

    The total confirmed cases of Covid-19 in India has reached 7,67,296. In the last 24 hours, 24,879 new cases have added to the total tally.
    The death toll has also increased to 21,129. A total of 487 deaths were reported in the past 24 hours.

    The lockdown in India has impacted the livelihoods of a large proportion of the country’s nearly 40 million internal migrants. Around 50,000–60,000 moved from urban centers to rural areas.

    Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (Urban) Mission launched on 25th June 2015 was intended to provide housing for all in urban areas.

    The government will rent out 1.08 lakh flats of one room, built in ARHCs, in cities like Mumbai and Delhi to migrant labourers and students. It has also approved construction of more such complexes to rent out another 3 lakh flats to those coming from rural areas and small towns for better opportunities.

    UP Gangster Vikash Dubey was caught from a temple in MP after 5 day run .
    Vikash Dubey accused of killing eight Policemen last week was arrested. When his aides were killed in separate encounter in UP.

    Around 8 am, Vikas Dubey was spotted in Ujjain Mahakal temple. Dubey was recognized by a shopkeeper when he was trying to enter temple.

    Then shopkeeper warned security guards. Guard’s started questioning him .

    As policemen walked towards Vikas Dubey to take him into police van, he started shouting ” Main Vikash Dubey Hun, Kanpur wala”.

    “It is a big success for the police, Vikas Dubey is a cruel killer. The entire Madhya Pradesh police force was on alert. He has been arrested from Ujjain Mahakal temple. We have informed Uttar Pradesh Police,” said Narottam Mishra, Madhya Pradesh Minister.

    Shivraj Singh Chauhan Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, was informed by director general of Police about Dubai’s arrest. Later MP CM called CM Yogi and informed him about his arrest.

    CM Chauhan also congratulated Ujjain Police and says that those who think that Mahakal will wash of their sins do not know Mahakal at all.

    Bollywood actor-comedian Jagdeep died at 81, on Wednesday, at his residence in Bandra. He got recognized as a comedian from Shammi Kapoor’s film Brahmachari, and was best known in  Amitabh  Bachchan and Dharmendra starrer ‘Sholay’ for his role as Surma Bhopali.

    The actor, whose real name was Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed Jafri, had not been keeping well because of age related issues, producer Mehmood Ali, a family friend told PTI.

    The late actor, in his career spanning several decades, appeared in more than 400 films including Sholay, Purana Mandir, Andaz Apna Apna, and Phool Aur Kaante, among others.

    On the work front, Jagdeep was last seen in ‘Gali Gali Chor Hai’. starring Akshaye Khanna, Shriya Saran and Mugdha Godse in the lead roles. Helmed by Rumi Jaffrey, the fim was released in February 2012.

    Indian Army asks Soldiers and officers to delete 89 apps.

    Indian Army is mandated to safeguard National Interests from External Aggression and Internal Subversion. With approximately 1.4 million personnel, the Indian Army is the world’s largest ground force.

    Indian Army asks it’s personnel to delete 89 apps. From social media accounts to e-commerce and dating sites, platforms include a range of apps.
    Few of them are Tiktok, Truecaller, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Hike, PUBG, Tinder etc. By July 15. The apps banned by the army are not limited to the 59 Chinese mobile applications banned by the government.

    The Chinese apps earlier banned are Club Factory, SHAREit, Likee, Mi Video Call (Xiaomi), Weibo, Baidu and Bigo Live. They have been removed from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store for India. China has strongly reacted to India’s move to ban 59 mobile applications last month, most of which are linked to China. The Indian government’s decision was based on security concerns.

    The decision comes after an “exponential increase” in the number of cases being targeted by their intelligence agencies. 

    A tweet from news agency ANI includes a photograph of a page with the list of the apps, and the title, ‘Social Media Apps: Banned for Usage’. It quotes Army sources to say that the ban is to plug leakage of information.

    After China pass the controversial national security law in Hong Kong, Japanese lawmakers have express their concern over the rights of Japanese people and companies in Hong Kong.

    On Tuesday Japan ruling party says ” have no choice but to urge” the government to cancel state visit by Chinese President Xi Jinping.

    Lawmakers in Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s ruling Democratic Party have drafted the resolution about government to cancel Xi visit.

    According to lawmaker Yasuhide Nakayama head at Foreign policy panel of Japan, if the proposal about cancellation is approved at higher level next week, it could be submitted to Abe’s office as soon as Tuesday.

    “Acting on a tip-off, a team of the STF and local police surrounded Amar. He was injured in the firing and he died during treatment in a hospital,” senior police officer Shlok Kumar said.

    And just after Amar’s encounter, another aide was arrested.

    “Vikas Dubey’s aide Shyamu Bajpai was arrested after an encounter with police in Chaubeypur area. Shyamu Bajpai, carrying a reward of Rs 25,000 sustained bullet injury on his leg,” SHO Chaubeypur KM Rai told PTI.

    Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Principal secretary removed as State Secretary for having involvement in UAE gold smuggling.
    M. Sivasankar, Principal secretary of state is accused of having connection with Swapna Suresh.

    Now he has been removed as Principal Secretary to Kerala CM.

    On Monday at Thiruvananthapuram airport, custom official had seized 30 kg of gold from a diplomatic bag worth of 15 crore rupees from UAE consulate former staff.

    And the accused is identified as Swapna Suresh, she was executive secretary at the UAE consulate. She along with Sarith is under custody of custom officials.

    M. Sivasankar was chairman of KSITIl ( Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure Limited ) . Where Swapna was an operation manager .

    Now, the government had removed Sivasankar as the state IT secretary .

    The details about smuggling came from Sarith Kumar, former PRO of the consulate. He was arrested and remanded to custody by Chief Judicial Magistrate.

    And after questioning Sarith, Swapna involvement came to light .

    Further it is revealed that Swapna have a strong connection with Sivasankar. Sivasankar was allegedly a frequent visitor at her apartment.

    And it also revealed that complete protocol was not followed while appointing Swapna at KSITIL.

    UAE embassy in New Delhi tweeted ” The UAE Embassy, New Delhi: The authorities in the UAE have launched an investigation to find out who sent the cargo containing gold to the address of the UAE consulate”.

    ”The authorities have stressed that the culprits who not only committed a major crime but also sought to tarnish the reputation of the UAE mission in India will not be spared.     US: Visaa would be refused, if students enrolled for online course.

    The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency said people could face deportation if they do not comply with the rules.

    The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said in a press release on Monday that for the fall 2020 semester students attending schools operating entirely online may not take a full online course load and remain in the US.

    As the world tackles the Covid-19 pandemic, surprisingly, around 91% of Indian students who had planned to study abroad still want to continue due to the safety measures being put in place.

    Many universities are moving classes online due to the coronavirus pandemic.

    It is not clear how many students will be affected.

    Nonimmigrant F-1 and M-1 students attending schools operating entirely online may not take a full online course load and remain in the United States,” the ICE statement said.

    According to the ICE, F-1 visas are issued to students pursuing academic coursework, while M-1 visas are for those pursuing “vocational coursework” while studying in the US.

    After taking care of emergency measures, universities need to be making administrative and financial decisions over the next few weeks that depend on projections about what’s going to be happening three to six months from now. Economists call this “dynamic programming,” but that’s just a fancy name for thinking ahead. While there are many issues that require thinking ahead, here I’m going to focus specifically on issues involving international students, and the complications that arise due to international travel restrictions imposed indefinitely to counter the further spread of the coronavirus.

    Now after India, the US government may ban Chinese video sharing app Tiktok. US sighting national security threat as a reason to ban Tiktok .

    Tiktok is owned by Byte-dance, Chinese company.

    Approximately 75 million users active during lockdown in US.
    Tiktok has 175 million downloads in US and more than 1 million users worldwide.

    Mike Pompeo, secretary of state says that administration is certainly looking at banning Chinese social media apps . He further claims that Tiktok is a security threat and they shares users data with Chinese government.

    When a reporter asked Pompeo, if he would recommend people to download tiktok,
    He says “only if you want your private information in the hands of the Chinese government “.

    “Every Chinese technology company is required by Chinese law to provide information they obtain, or information stored on their networks, to Chinese authorities if requested to do so. All Americans should be concerned that their images, bio-metrics, location and other data stored on Chinese apps must be turned over to China’s state security apparatus upon request” says State department.

    “Tiktok is led by an American CEO, with hundreds of employees and key leaders across safety, security, product, and public policy here in the U.S. We have no higher priority than promoting a safe and secure app experience for our users. We have never provided user data to the Chinese government, nor would we do so if asked ”, says spokeperson of tiktok.

    Meanwhile Tiktok says they will remove Tiktok from Hong Kong.

    “In light of recent events, we’ve decided to stop operations of the TikTok app in Hong Kong,” says a TikTok spokesperson.
