Britain: New Immigration System For Skilled Health Workers.

The government announced on Monday, Britain’s new immigration system will provide faster and cheaper visas for skilled health and social care workers.

The government summarized a new “Health and Care Visa” which will lower fees, cut application times and provide greater support for worthy applicants who will work in the NHS, social care or supporting companies.

The immunity will also apply to their families and dependents, according to the written ministerial statement.

The list of skilled eligible include doctors, nurses, midwives and social workers, although the document acknowledges that this will be expanded in the near future.

The state-funded National Health Service (NHS), employs more than 1.2 million people and is Britain’s battle line in its fight against the coronavirus pandemic, depends on labour from both the EU and other countries around the world.

International students completing undergraduate or masters degrees will be allowed to stay in Britain for two years, announced the government.

Students completing a PhD will be allowed to stay for three years.

There is no planned formal route for lower-skilled workers to enter Britain, although seasonal and sector-specific schemes may be created.

Massive fire in Visakhapatnam’s Solvent plant.

A massive fire broke out in ‘Visakha Solvents’ plant in Pharma City, Parwada, Visakhapatnam, at about 10:30 pm. At least one person has died after a series of explosions triggered .

The fire was extinguished completely after four hours of firefighting operations. The cause of the accident is currently being checked. A police officer said yesterday that the fire started from the reactor and spread to other parts.

Ten fire tenders (7 state government and 3 local companies) were sprinted to the incident site to extinguishthe flames, according to officials.

The firestorm led to panic as only two months ago 12 people lost their lives and 585 fell sick after styrene vapour leaked from the LG Polymers plant near Visakhapatnam.

While taking to Visakhapatnam district Collector, State Industries Minister M Goutham Reddy directed the district administration to first evacuate all the workers who were on night shifts at other units. Reddy also asked the police, fire services and health officials to be on high alert and ensure that there was no loss of lives.

Indian Team will tour Australia in November

The Indian cricket team will tour Australia later this year for the Border-Gavaskar series. BCCI president Sourav Ganguly is hopeful for the shorter quarantine duration for the Indian cricket team in Australia. BCCI already confirmed that the Indian team will tour Australia later for sure and this will not be reverted until Australia cancels the series. As of now, Indian team will tour Australia in November and the players will be mooted to 14 days quarantine before the start of their practice sessions in Australia.

Corps Commander-level talks between India and China will be held on July 14 at Chushul in Eastern Ladakh.
The talks will focus mainly on the second phase of disengagement along the Line of Actual Control (LAC), said the Indian Army officials.

India plans to push the Chinese side for an exchange of maps in the western sector after the process of disengagement and de-escalation is complete and Indian troops go back to their old patrolling posts.

Diplomatic and military officials of India and China will continue their meetings to take forward the process of troops disengagement and de-escalation at the LAC, said Ministry of External affairs.

Iran and China has quietly drafted a sweeping and security partnership.

The draft clear the way for billions of dollars of Chinese investments in energy and other sectors.
undercutting the Trump administration efforts to isolate the Iranian government because of its nuclear and military ambitions.

The document also describes deepening military cooperation potentially giving China foothold in region that has been strategic proccupational if the US.

The partnership was proposed by Xi Jinping China’s President during visit to Iran in 2016.

It was approved by Hasan rohans cabinet iran’s foreign minister.

But the draft is not yet submitted to iran’s parliament for approval.

“Iran and China both view this deal as a strategic partnership in not just expanding their own interests but confronting the U.S.,” said Ali Gholizadeh, an Iranian energy researcher at the University of Science and Technology of China in Beijing. “It is the first of its kind for Iran keen on having a world power as an ally.”

“Two ancient Asian cultures, two partners in the sectors of trade, economy, politics, culture and security with a similar outlook and many mutual bilateral and multilateral interests will consider one another strategic partners,” the document says in its opening sentence.

“The United States will continue to impose costs on Chinese companies that aid Iran, the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism,” a State Department spokeswoman wrote in response to questions about the draft agreement.

SC confirms Travancore Royal family rights in running Padmanabhaswamy temple.

On Monday Supreme court upheld the rights of Travancore Royal family in managing the affairs of Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram.

A bench of justice UU Lalit and Indu Malhotra overruled Kerala High court order hold that the family will continue to exert it’s rights.

The commission will have only Hindus as it’s member.
The court also left it to the former Royal family of Travancore to decide the opening of a secret vault that has been shut since years.

The Royal family had argued that opening of the secret vault called “Kallara” in Malayalam will bring misfortune because of a mythical curse.

“Existing committee appointed by Supreme Court in 2011 will continue as an interim arrangement till final committee is constituted. Royal family will constitute the final committee. Opening of the “Kallara” will be decided by the final committee of royal family as per traditions,” the court ruled.

“The guarantee by the Government of India cannot be enforced as its sanction is not legal, but is only political and, hence, any violation of the terms of the covenants cannot be enforced… Section 18(2) and Section 20 Travancore-Cochin Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1950, are void as being repugnant to Article 363-A of the Constitution of India and hence not enforceable,” the devotees had submitted.

South Africa: Nelson Mandela’s daughter dies at 59.

Zindzi Mandela the youngest daughter of Nelson Mandela died at age of 59. Nelson Mandela was first South Africa’s black President.

Since 2015, Zindzi Mandela was ambassador to Denmark at time of her death. The cause of her death is still unknown.

She died in Johannesburg hospital in the early hours of Monday morning, Public broadcaster SABC said.

Zindzi worked as an antipartheid activist and temporarily served as the nation’s first lady following her father’s election.

She studied law at Cape Town University. In 1978 she wrote an book called ” Black as I am”.

She rose to international prominence when she read out her father’s rejection of then-President PW Botha’s offer for freedom in 1985.

“The 59-year-old daughter of former president Nelson Mandela and struggle stalwart Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, passed away at a Johannesburg hospital in the early hours of this morning,” said public broadcaster SABC.

“This is untimely. She still had a role to play in the transformation of our own society and a bigger role to play even in the African National Congress,” said ANC spokesman Pule Mabe.

“Zindzi will not only be remembered as a daughter of our struggle heroes, Tata Nelson and Mama Winnie Mandela, but as a struggle heroine in her own right. She served South Africa well,” Naledi Pandor, Minister of International Relations, said in a short statement Monday morning.

Ankit Sharma: Delhi court denies suspended AAP leader Hussain’s bail plea.

According to the information, the Crime Branch has accused 10 people including Tahir Hussain for the murder of Ankit Sharma in the 650-page charge sheet filed in Karkardooma court in the case of murder of IB officer Ankit Sharma during Delhi Violence.

Ankit Sharma, 26, a Security Assistant with IB, was dragged by the mob and attacked with knives, sticks, rods and stones before his body was dumped in a drain during the violence that swept through northeast Delhi in February-end, the police said. The body was found the next day.

After the long wait for the resumption of cricket England and West Indies played the first test of 3 matches closed-door test series in Southampton. The visitors West Indies shocked the hosts and won the first test match by 4 wickets. The England team never showed their positive intent in the entire match, right from the selection of the team to the final ball of the last innings.


In the build-up to the first test match, England captain Ben Stokes completely failed to deliver as a captain. It was Stokes’s first game as a captain of England in any format. He only captained 3 games in his entire domestic career before. Leading the English side was the biggest challenge for Stokes and after this loss, his credibility as a leader is also being judged. Stokes’s as a leader didn’t gone well for England but his heroics as a player impressed everyone before, even in this match he took crucial wickets and delivered with his bat.

West Indies outplayed England-


West Indies won the first test match by 4 wickets and they completely outplayed England right from the first day. In fourth innings West Indies got the target of 200 runs to chase by the English team, they lost their first 3 wickets in quick succession but later on, Roston Chase and Jermaine Blackwood stood strong and made 73 runs partnership. After the dismissal of Chase, Blackwood went on scoring 95 runs and he was also the highest run-getter in the entire match. Blackwood missed his century but took his team to a winning tale.

On the other side, English bowlers were not in good form to attack the West Indies batsmen. Captain Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer took a couple of wickets in both innings but the complete team effort to win the test match overshadowed their contribution. England played only 3 specialist fast bowlers and an off-spinner Dominic Bess, while the West Indies went with the 4 specialist fast bowlers. In the overcast conditions, there was a lot of help for the fast bowlers and the West Indies fast bowlers used the opportunity pretty well.

Captain Jason Holder also took 7 wickets in the entire match and he was the one who rotated the bowlers in a positive and tricky way. Ben Stokes could have played Stuart Board for off-spinner Dominic Bess and after the loss, the questions are been raised on the standing English captain. West Indies are now in the lead of 1-0 in this series, while England fears for the series loss. England’s regular captain Joe Root will be back in Manchester test but as of now the momentum of this series is with the visitors.

Pakistan restores bank account of terrorist Hafiz Saeed .

Islamabad: Pakistan has restore the bank accounts of 26/11 Mumbai attack terrorist.

Hafiz Saeed- Led JuD is the front organisation for the Lashakar-e-taiba .
Lashakar-e-taiba in 2008 attacked Mumbai and killed 166 people including six Americans.

Hafiz is UN designated terrorist, whom the US has placed USD 10 million bounty on him. He was arrested on July 17 last year in the terror financing case. As per report- An anti-terrorism court in Pakistan on Tuesday indicted four top leaders of the banned Jamaat-ud-Dawah (JuD) and close aides of the 2008 Mumbai terror attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed in a terror financing case. He was listed as a terrorist under the UN Security Council Resolution 1267 in December 2008 . In February he was sentenced to 11 years in jail by anti terrorism.

Four other terrorist bank account is also restored. Abdul Salam, Haji M Ashraf, Yahya Mujahid and Zafar Iqbal – were the other member of the Lashakar-e-taiba.
Now on Sunday Pakistan has restore their bank accounts.
While their bank accounts were frozen by Pakistani government with UNSC resolution.

Meanwhile they are presently facing sentence ranging 1 to 5 years in Lahore jail for terror financing case filed against them by Punjab counter-terrorist department (CTD).

“The restoration of bank accounts has taken place following formal approval of the Sanctions Committee of the United Nations Security Council,” the paper said.

CBSE declares 12th board result .

The Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE) declared as the board result for Arts, Commerce and Science.

Total 1203595 students had registered for class 12.
This year the result was most awaited for everyone due to pandemic .

Total 88.78 percent student have passed their 12th board class.
Although the result of 400 students are still waiting due to some technical issues and their result will be released later.

The girls have outperformed boys with 92.15 pass percent. While the pass percentage of boys is 86.19%.

But the board have not release the merit list due to Covid-19.

“Coming up with a merit list makes no sense as the results are being calculated on the basis of an evaluation method due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic”, a senior board offical had stated.

For students who have appeared in the examinations in more than 3 subjects, the average of the marks obtained in the best three performing subjects will be awarded in the subjects whose examinations have not been conducted

CBSE 12th compartment exam date and time will also be released later after consulting Central government.

Notably this board has decided to use term “Essential Repeat” instead of “Fail”.

The HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal congratulated the successful students. In his tweet, the minister said, “Dear Students, Parents and Teachers! CBSE has announced the results of Class XII and can be accessed at cbseresults.nic.in. We congratulate you all for making this possible. I reiterate, Student’s health & quality education are our priority.”

President Trump, had finallymade a significant symbolic concession: After months of refusing to wear a mask in public, Trump for the first time allowed himself to be photographed by assembled media while wearing a face covering. He was visiting Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., at the time.

The president’s decision to wear a mask came as cases of coronavirus surged to record levels in the US and after aides and experts urged Trump to follow his own government’s guidelines on face coverings.

“Hopefully I’ll look good with a mask on,” Trump told a Spanish television network in yet another display of vanity before he headed out to the Walter Reed Military Hospital in Washington DC to visit wounded military personnel. He claimed he’s never been against masks, telling reporters as he left the White House “When you’re in a hospital, especially … I think it’s a great thing to wear a mask.”

The only time Trump has been known to wear a mask was during a private part of a tour of a Ford plant in Michigan.

Meanwhile, governors — including in red states — are urging their citizens to wear masks as a means of bringing the spread under control. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) on July 2 issued an executive order that residents of nearly every county in the state cover their noses and mouths when they are out in public, or face a fine of up to $250.

Rajasthan: Deputy Minister Sachin Pilot may join BJP.

Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan Sachin Pilot says that with support of 30 MLA he has refused to attend meeting of Congress MLA, called by Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.

Sources suggest that Pilot, who is camping in Delhi after setting his party up for another state collapse just three months after it lost Madhya Pradesh to the BJP, is likely to meet with BJP chief JP Nadda today.

Pande says that they have confidence that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will survive as 109 MLAs have signed a letter expressing their support and trust to government.

“A total of 109 MLAs have signed a letter expressing their trust and support to government led by CM Ashok Gehlot and leadership of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.Few more MLAs had telephonic conversation with the CM and they’ll also sign letter of support till morning,” said Rajasthan Congress in-charge Avinash Pande at a press conference after a legislature party meeting at Ashok Gehlot’s residence in Jaipur.

“Strict disciplinary action will be taken against any MLA who is absent without mentioning personal or special reason”, he further added.

“The Ashok Gehlot government is in minority after over 30 Congress and some independent MLAs have pledged their support to Sachin Pilot,” said the statement released by Pilot’s media office yesterday.

The world’s most valuable brands have seen their total brand value increase by 5.9% despite the economic, social and personal impacts of COVID-19, according to the 2020 BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands ranking released by WPP and Kantar. The total brand value of the Top 100 global brands reached US$5 trillion, equivalent to the annual GDP of Japan. It has increased by 245% since 2006, when the total brand value first reached US$1 trillion.

Adobe:
Adobe is changing the world through digital experiences. Its creative, marketing, and document solutions empower everyone—from emerging artists to global brands. According to BrandZ, Adobe is on the 35th position with a total brand value of $35,904 million.

Amazon:
Amazon has consolidated its position as the world’s most valuable brand, boasting a 32% increase on last year to reach $415,855 million. According to BrandZ, Amazon has topped the list of most valuable brands accounted for $415,855 million

Apple:
Apple prides itself on creating pleasing and intuitive experiences for its customers with products that are elegant, yet simple. At the second position is Apple that has a brand value of $352,206 million.

Microsoft:
Bill Gates and Paul Allen found Microsoft, a company that makes computer software. Satya Nadella-led Microsoft is at the third position with a brand value of $326,544 million.

Alibaba Group Holding Limited is a Chinese multinational technology company. It has a total brand value of $152,525 dollars as per the report and ranks sixth.

As per the report, Accenture has a total brand value of $41,437 million and is on the 30th position in the overall list of most valuable brands.

According to BrandZ, Deutsche Telekom is on the 32nd position with a total brand value of $37,297 million.

As per the report, Intel has a total brand value of $37,257 million and is on the 33rd position in the overall list of most valuable brands.

China Mobile:
China Mobile has a total brand value of $34,583 million and is on the 36th position in the overall list of most valuable brands.

RBSE: 12th commerce Results likely to be out at 11:15, today.

Jaipur: The results of the 12th commerce class of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education will be released today. Board President D.P. Jarauli will issue from the board office. Along with the results of 12th science, now the results of commerce are also coming today.

Rajasthan Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra announced the date of the declaration of the RBSE 12th result 2020 on Sunday in a tweet that said, “Rajasthan Board class 12 Commerce result 2020 will be announced on July 13 at 11:15am”. Once the results are released, students can check their Rajasthan Board results at the websites.

As per a report, the RBSE Class 12 examinations began on 5 March. The exams were scheduled to end on 3 April but were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown. The examinations for the pending papers were held from 18 to 30 June.

Students waiting for the results of commerce Rajasthan Board official website rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in keep checking the latest updates. Apart from this, Rajasthan Board had recently released the result of 12th Science Stream. In this exam, Yash Sharma topped the exam with 95.60 percent marks. Yash had scored 495 out of 500. At the same time, 91.66% of the total candidates were successful this year. Among them, 94.9 percent girls and 90.61 percent students have been successful.
