Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath on Monday said improved road infrastructure not only reduces travel time but also accelerates economic development, attracts investment and creates new opportunities for people.
CM Yogi Adityanath Highlights ₹4,850-Crore National Highway Projects
Ahead of the inauguration and foundation-laying ceremony for three National Highway projects worth more than ₹4,850 crore, the Chief Minister said the initiatives reflect the Centre’s continued focus on strengthening road connectivity and modern infrastructure in Uttar Pradesh.

According to Yogi Adityanath, the projects will be inaugurated or launched under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari taking part in the programme.
The Chief Minister said the highway projects are expected to improve connectivity, facilitate smoother transportation and support faster economic growth across the state. He added that enhanced road infrastructure will help boost trade, encourage investment and improve access to markets and essential services.
Yogi Adityanath said the projects mark another step towards building a modern transport network and are expected to contribute to Uttar Pradesh’s long-term development by strengthening infrastructure and improving mobility for residents.
