Abhay gained nationwide attention and fame after he first appeared at the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj last year.

IIT Baba Abhay Singh Got Married
On April 6, Abhay was seen with his wife in Haryana’s Jhajjar where he had gone to meet his parents. The couple revealed that they got married on the occasion of Mahashivratri on February 15 this year. The couple married at Himachal Pradesh’s Aghanjar Mahadev Temple and had a court marriage thereafter four days later.
In an interview, Abhay and his wife remarked that they are extremely happy and leading a simple, joyous life. Abhay remarked that his wife Pratika hails from the state of Karnataka and is an engineer by profession. He went on to remark that both are presently living in Himachal Pradesh’s Dharamshala.
Met Family In Jhajjar
Abhay visited the chamber of his father in Jhajjar and was seen wearing saffron robes. He commented that his childhood used to be all about sitting for hours in his father’s chamber where he used to review case studies and legal applications. Karan Singh, the father of Abhay, is a former President of the Jhajjar Bar Association and a lawyer.
Abhay went on to remark that it was his quest for the “purpose in life” that led him to the world of technology and science before he got connected to spirituality.
Abhay’s wife shared their joint plans of establishing a Sanatan University and added that those involved in spirituality, gurus and seekers could come together at a joint stage to share their ideas, opinions and beliefs.
The story of Abhay from a successful engineer who was earning about Rs. 3-4 lakhs a month in Canada to a spiritual seeker in Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025 became a hot topic for many, both domestically and internationally.
