Indian Railway update: Trains in Chhattisgarh are regularly being cancelled as a result of maintenance being done on several train lines. Currently, 24 trains that travel through Chhattisgarh have been cancelled by the Railways once again. The decision was made as a result of the railway line being doubled. These trains have been cancelled till August 30 due to non-interlocking work on the third line.

According to the Railways, 24 local, express, and mail passenger trains that travel through Rajnandgaon have been cancelled owing to railway line construction. However, travellers are suffering the most as a result of this, since they have been inconvenienced even before their journey and will continue to suffer until August 30th.
Indian Railway update: What is happening between Nagpur and Bilaspur
Non-interlocking work is taking place on the third line between Nagpur and Bilaspur, causing trains to be cancelled on a regular basis. All trains on this route will not travel via this line until further notice. Many trains have been cancelled owing to the construction of the fourth line on the Bilaspur-Champa section of the Howrah-Mumbai main line.
