The Maha Kumbh 2025 in Prayagrajis set to be a monumental event, and the Union Ministry of Tourism is determined to bring this grand spiritual gathering to global audiences. By partnering with social media influencers, scholars, photographers, and media outlets, the ministry aims to generate global interest and attract tourists from around the world.

Connecting the World to Maha Kumbh 2025

To make the Maha Kumbh 2025 experience more accessible to international visitors, the Tourism Ministry has launched a toll-free Tourist Infoline (1800111363 or 1363). Available in English, Hindi, and 10 international languages, the helpline is designed to provide essential guidance and support to global tourists.

Moreover, the helpline also offers assistance in several Indian languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Assamese, and Marathi, ensuring seamless communication for tourists from diverse regions.

Incredible India Pavilion: A Hub for Global Visitors

In a bid to create a welcoming space for international guests, the Ministry of Tourism has set up the Incredible India Pavilion at Maha Kumbh 2025 in Prayagraj. This massive 5000 sq. ft. space is dedicated to serving foreign tourists, scholars, researchers, photographers, journalists, and the Indian diaspora. It will provide a comfortable and informative environment for visitors to learn more about the cultural significance of the Kumbh Mela.

Social Media Buzz and Collaborative Campaigns to Boost Visibility

To promote the event on a global scale, the Tourism Ministry has launched an extensive social media campaign. With hashtags like #Mahakumbh2025 and #SpiritualPrayagraj, the campaign encourages people to share their experiences and moments from the event. Additionally, social media contests and collaborative posts with organisations like ITDC, UP Tourism, and others are amplifying the event’s visibility. Curated Tour Packages and Luxury Accommodation Options

The Ministry has teamed up with tourism stakeholders like UPSTDC, IRCTC, and ITDC to offer a variety of curated tour packages and luxury accommodation options. ITDC has set up 80 luxury accommodations at the Tent City in Prayagraj, while IRCTC is providing luxury tents to accommodate the large influx of visitors. These packages will be available in a digital brochure, ensuring easy access for international and domestic tourists.

A large-scale photoshoot and videography project is in the works to capture the spiritual essence and grandeur of Maha Kumbh 2025.
