Asia Cup 2023: India will embark on a new journey from Asia Cup 2023, and Star Sports reminded everyone of that. A new promo released by Star Sports India for Asia Cup showcased India getting ready for a new challenge.

The new promo video stated that India is ready to conquer the world, but first, they must conquer Asia. India is ready to conquer Asia, but there are many hurdles they have to get past to achieve that dream.

Old Foes, New Look

India must have not forgotten the loss in the last iteration of the Asia Cup. They lost to Sri Lanka in the final four and were knocked out of the tournament. While the last Asia Cup was in the T20 format, we are back in the ODI format this time around.

India will look to dominate the white ball tournament and would like to cement their stronghold over the Asian subcontinent once again. In group A, India is placed in the same group as Pakistan and Nepal. India is likely to face Pakistan twice in the tournament. Both matches will take place in Sri Lanka.

We might see Hardik Pandya leading the white ball team against West Indies. Rohit Sharma and Viral Kohli will return for the Asia Cup 2023, with Bumrah and Shreyas Iyer's return also in talk.
