Yes, a weird incident happened in a T20 match between Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. Nottinghamshire captain Steven Mullaney dismissed Ackermann with the help of Wiaan Mulder, who was standing on the non-striker’s end as the runner.

The incident happened in the 13th over of the match when Mullaney bowled a slower delivery to Ackerman. Ackerman drove the in the air towards Mullaney, but he fumbled the ball. The ball hit and bounced off Wiaan Mulder, who was at a non-strike end, and Mullaney claimed the ball, this time completing the test.
Ackerman was in complete disbelief over the catch, and so was Wiaan Mulder, who had no time to respond. Ackerman left the stadium with a crude smile on his face.

A Straight Victory
Nottinghamshire cruised to an easy victory over their country rival. Leicestershire was chasing a target of 166 and fell short and were bowled out on just 143. Mullaney took three crucial wickets, one of which involved Leicestershire’s captain Ackerman’s strange dismissal.
