Cricket Viral Video: In Pakistan’s Mega Stars League, the former skipper of Pakistan turned back the hands of time by slamming 29 off just 16 deliveries for the Karachi Kings.

During his brief time at the crease, Inzamam whacked all over the place while maintaining the stance that had made him one of Pakistan’s top batters. His aggressive stroke-playing abilities surprised both the bowlers and his teammates.

Inzamam Ul Haq’s hit several big shots

The 52-year-old entered the batting order when Shahid Afridi, another prominent Pakistani player who has shared the national team’s dressing room, was run out.

He played the cut and pull shot to absolute perfection by sticking to his abilities. A particularly impressive shot was his dance down the field to hit a massive six towards long on. To make room for other hitters to take the match, Inzamam eventually retired hurt.

Inzamam Ul Haq’s brilliant cricketing career

In the Mega Stars League, former cricketers Shahid Afridi, Misbah-ul-Haq, and Mohammad Hafeez are competing. In 2007, the then-Pakistani batsman, 52, announced his retirement from international cricket and participated in his final competitive game in the now-defunct Indian Cricket League.

Additionally, he was a successful captain for Pakistan. He participated in 378 One-Day Internationals and 120 Tests. He also steered his team to 51 ODI victories out of 81.

With 11,701 runs under his belt, Inzamam ranks ninth all-time and is the only player from Pakistan to have scored over 10,000 runs in one-day internationals. The illustrious cricketer was crucial to Pakistan’s World Cup triumph in 1992.

Following his retirement from playing cricket, Inzamam began coaching. In 2012, he served as the batting advisor for the men’s national team. Inzamam returned to Pakistan in 2016 to take over as the senior men’s cricket team’s main selector after serving as Afghanistan’s head coach for a brief period.
