Cricket Viral Video: Sourav Ganguly is widely recognized for his powerful batting style, but few are aware of his bowling abilities. After Delhi’s captain, Virender Sehwag, won the toss and chose to have Pune bat first, they scored 192/3 in their 20 overs, thanks to opener Jesse Ryder’s 86 and Ganguly’s 93-run partnership for the second wicket.

With a 193-run target to chase, the Daredevils lost their opening batsman, Mahela Jayawardene, for just 7 runs in the third over. But Sehwag and Pietersen quickly picked up the pace, putting up a brisk 75-run partnership for the second wicket and reaching 87/1 in nine overs.

Ganguly, known for his captaincy skills, took matters into his own hands during a strategic timeout and made a game-changing decision to bowl. He successfully dismissed Pietersen for 32 runs on the first delivery he bowled after a two-year break from the IPL.

In his following over, Ganguly’s gentle medium-pace sent DD all-rounder Irfan Pathan (15) back to the pavilion. The wicket of Sehwag, who was dismissed by Pune spinner Murali Kartik for 57 runs in the next over, left the hosts with a challenging task. However, Ganguly’s impressive bowling figures of 4-0-27-2 helped lead Pune to a 20-run victory, as they restricted the Daredevils to 172/7 in 20 overs. Additionally, Pune fast bowler also had a strong outing, with figures of 4-0-22-3.
