David Warner: The Border-Gavaskar Trophy is a testament to the long-standing rivalry between India and Australia in cricket. Whenever these two teams compete, the energy is always high and fans relish every moment. This was on full display at the VCA Stadium in Nagpur when India defeated Australia by an inning and 132 runs, taking a 1-0 lead in the series.

During the Nagpur Test, Indian fans had the opportunity to interact with Australian opener David Warner, who has a large following in India. A video has circulated on Twitter of Warner performing the iconic step from the Indian movie ‘Pushpa’ in response to a fan’s request. He received applause from the dressing room for his performance.

In another video, Warner could be seen dancing while fielding near the boundary, which brought cheers from the spectators. Although he provided entertainment off the field, Warner struggled on the field, scoring only 1 and 10 in both innings. He was dismissed by Mohammad Shami and Ravichandran Ashwin.

Australia suffered a crushing defeat in Nagpur due to a poor batting performance in both innings. They scored 177 in the first innings, while India piled up 400 runs, leading by 223. Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja dominated the Australian batters, helping India bundle them out for 91 in the second innings, their lowest total in India and second-lowest overall.
