GT vs SRH IPL 2023: The much-awaited clash between Gujarat Titans and Sunrisers Hyderabad is currently underway at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. The visiting team won the toss and chose to bowl first. They were pretty much successful in their attempt as they dismissed the opener Saha on the third ball of the match for a duck. However, Shubman Gill took on the charge from thereon and slammed four consecutive boundaries in the fourth over.

Shubman Gill gets grooving

Gujarat Titans did not have a favourable start to the match as they lost in-form opener Wriddhiman Saha for a three-ball duck in the match. Today's match is crucial for them as it will seal the playoff spot for them. Saha's duck was expected to affect the innings on a negative note. However, it appears that wickets and dismissals do not affect him.

By the end of the third over, GT had a score of 32/1 on board. Gill was eyeing a big score as Fazalhaq Farooqi came in to bowl the next over. The first ball went for a dot while second gave away two runs. What followed next was a proper batting onslaught in the powerplay. Gill used his batting prowess and tactics, and slammed the next four balls across the ground for boundaries. A total fo 18 runs came off the over as the team's score stood at 50/1 by the end of fourth over.
