IND vs NZ: Kuldeep Yadav and Washington Sundar has dominated yet again with their top-class spin bowling. Kuldeep gave away just 20 runs picking up a wicket in the first T20I vs New Zealand at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi.
While Sundar gave just 22 runs to claim two wickets to name. He removed Finn Allen and Mark Chap in an over after New Zealand’s 43-run opening stand. New Zealand batters were dominating in the first four overs but later captain Hardik Pandya brought the off-spinner to do the damage control.
Only Devon Conway managed to overcome Sundar and Kuldeep’s fear and played beautifully to smash yet another half-century for his team. New Zealand have troubled India a lot in ICC knock out games but post 2022 T20 World Cup, India have played brilliantly against the Black Caps both at home and in New Zealand so far.
Recently, the Rohit Sharma-led ODI team managed to clean sweep New Zealand 3-0 with an all out effort.
