IND vs SA 2nd T20I 2022: When Rohit Sharma took the field for the second Twenty20 International against South Africa at the Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati, he added another achievement to his cap. The Indian captain made history by playing in 400 T20 matches for his country for the first time. He ranks ninth overall among players who have appeared in the most games in the shortest format.

Kieron Pollard, a former captain of the West Indies and all-around player, tops the list with 614 games. He has so far played for 20 different international teams, including the West Indies. The next player on the list, his countryman Dwayne Bravo, has played in 556 games for 27 teams, including the West Indies.
On the list, Rohit Sharma is preceded by people like Shoaib Malik (481), Chris Gayle (463), Sunil Narine (435), Ravi Bopara (429), Andre Russell (428), and David Miller (402).
Dinesh Kartik is on second spot
With 367 T20 games under his belt, veteran wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik is the second-most experienced cricketer among Indian players, behind only MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli, who have played in 361 and 353 games, respectively.
