India vs South Africa, 2nd ODI: Shreyas Iyer’s blistering ton powers India to level series in Ranchi

India beat South Africa by 7 wickets in the second match of the three-match ODI series vs South Africa at JSCA International Cricket Stadium in Ranchi. After this win, the series now stands level with both teams winning one game each. Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan were architect of the victory.

Iyer slammed a blistering ton while Kishan scores 93 to bail India out of trouble following two early wicket loss. It was one of the most memorable knocks from the stand-in vice captain Iyer against a top quality South African bowling.

Earlier, Aiden Markram and Janneman Malan batted well to guide South Africa to 278/6 against a young Indian pace attack. Mohammed Siraj was the pick of the bowlers for India with his three crucial wickets..

The decisive and third ODI will be played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on October 11.
