India vs South Africa, 2nd T20I: Suryakumar, Rahul, Kohli’s berserk knocks help India set a mammoth target of 238 vs South Africa

South Africa need 238 runs to win the second T20I against India in Guwahati. After being sent to bat first, Indian batters had a good day in the middle as hosts scored 237 runs in 20 overs. Suryakumar Yadav top-scored for India with his quickfire 61-run knock while KL Rahul scored 57 runs.

Later star batter Virat Kohli too joined the party and had put out the display of his top quality form again. Kohli scored 49 runs and had played a game changing role with Suryakumar Yadav.

But this read won’t be justified without adding Dinesh Karthik assault of Kagiso Rabada in last over. Karthik batted with an strike rate over 240 to take India at the mammoth total.

It was a bad day for South Africa bowlers, only Keshav Maharaj picked two wickets and gave just 23 runs in his four overs quota.
