IPL 2023: Jofra Archer, the fast bowler from Mumbai Indians (MI), was in top form during an intra-squad practice match prior to their opening match of IPL 2023 against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Sunday, April 2 in Bengaluru. His bowling created quite a buzz among the team and fans alike. In a video that has now gone viral on social media, Jofra can be seen giving hard-time to Mumbai Indians openers.

Archer was bought by the MI team in last year's mega auction but couldn't play due to his ongoing injury issues. However, he is now fit and ready to take on the challenge. Archer's presence will be crucial in the absence of senior Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah, who is currently recovering from back surgery.
Mumbai Indians posted a video on Twitter showing their fast bowler, Jofra Archer, troubling the team captain, Rohit Sharma, and his opening partner, Ishan Kishan, during a practice match. The English bowler's deliveries were quite fast and tough for the batsmen to deal with, which was visible from their body language. Another video clip showcased Jofra Archer’s batting skills as he smashed it in the nets ahead of the IPL 2023. Although known as a pacer, Archer's excellent batting abilities make him a useful addition to the team in the death overs.
