IPL 2023: MS Dhoni sweats it out in the nets, hits massive shots around the ground, watch viral video here

IPL 2023: The much awaited 16th season of the Indian Premier League is all set to begin on 31st March. As only a few days are left, many players and teams have reached their camps and have begun practising. Similarly, MS Dhoni has also started his batting practising and was spotted smashing big shots in the nets.

Dhoni prepares for IPL 2023

Dhoni, fondly called by the name of ‘Thala’ by his fans reached the CSK camp just a few days. Apart from him, Ajinkya Rahane and Ambati Rayudu were also spotted in the nets. Taking to Twitter, the official handle fo Chennai Super Kings uploaded a new video in which Dhoni was seen in a rampage mode. He was seen hitting the ball around the park for fun. In the later part of the video, he was also seen making changes to his bat and again hitting a massive shot.

Netizens and Dhoni fans have been overwhelmed by the video ever since it was posted. Many fans have also filled the comment box saying that this could be his final IPL edition and he would score big in the tournament. CSK recently bought England’s star all rounder Ben Stokes in the auction, if reports are to be believed, he could be made CSK’s captain in near future.

Chennai will feature in the opening clash of IPL 2023, against Gujarat Giants on 31st of March. With Dwayne Bravo’s retirement, it is expected that Ben Stokes will fill in the void. However, Bravo will be associated with CSK as their bowling coach. Deepak Chahar’s inclusion in the team is also yet to be confirmed.
