Mumbai Indians will enter into the revenge week of IPL 2024 with the aim of defeating Sunrisers Hyderabad, who are close to qualification.
IPL 2024: The last time these two teams met, we saw a carnage in Hyderabad. A total of 523 runs with 38 sixes were scored in that match. Hyderabad eventually came out on top but it was nothing short of an exhausting match.
These two teams are set to face each other once again in a high-scoring ground. While Mumbai is almost knocked out of the tournament, Hyderabad is in touching distance of the playoffs.
Last time, Bumrah was introduced late by Hardik Pandya and as a result, Travis Head ruined Mumbai's bowling. This time we might see Bumrah in the early overs and their battle will be quite amazing.
Pat Cummins has gotten the better of Rohit Sharma twice now. With the T20 World Cup coming, the Indian skipper will be looking to get back in form and this battle will be the exact thing he needs for that.

Wankhede has always been a batting-friendly pitch but in the last match, we saw both KKR and MI struggling to score. The pitches this week have been different from the start of the IPL 2024.
But still, a 200-run par score will be chasable considering the batting quality both of these teams possess.
This is a very close rivalry as both these teams have faced each other 22 times. Mumbai has gotten the better of Hyderabad 12 times, while SRH has won 10 times. In the last 5 clashes, MI has won 3 while SRH has come out on top twice.
