Virat Kohli: It has been two months since the verbal spat between Afghanistan medium pacer Naveen Ul Haq and Virat Kohli. But it looks like Afghanistan’s young pacer is not in any mood to let the spat go.
The fight happened during the second IPL league match between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore. The whole dressing room of LSG lost its cool over how Kohli mocked them and a fight erupted.
Since then, Naveen Ul Haq has been constantly uploading cryptic messages on his Instagram account. His Insta story of ‘mango’ was mocked by everyone once LSG got knocked out. Fans chanted Kohli’s name whenever he was on the ground.
Another Cryptic Message
Naveen Ul Haq stated in an interview that the Kohli chants did not affect him. But it looks like it does because he just posted another cryptic message on his Instagram profile. The video has sent Virat Kohli fans into an uproar, bashing the Afghanistan cricketer.
The video might be a hint to all the Kohli fans who mocked him throughout the course of IPL. It featured a lion, a donkey, and a tiger. Where the end of the video states “The worst waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who does not care about truth or reality but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. There are people who, no matter how much evidence we present to them, cannot understand, and others are blinded by ego, hatred, and resentment, and all they want is to be right even if they are not.”
Virat Kohli Started The Fight
A few weeks ago, Naveen Ul Haq stated in an interview that it was Virat Kohli who started the fight and not him. He put the blame completely on the Indian batting wonder and stated that Kohli forcefully held his hand.
Naveen said “He shouldn’t have said all those things during the match and after it. I didn’t start the fight. After the match, when we were shaking hands, Virat Kohli started the fight.”
