Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp commended on Takumi Minamino strength after he scored twice in Liverpool’s 3-0 over Norwich City in the Carabao Cup.
The Japanese international returned to action after a prolong thigh injury earlier this month.
“Taki is in a really good moment. I know he didn’t play too much, but in the wrong moment, he was injured, coming and stuff like this,” Klopp said
Klopp was also impressed with Kaide Gordon who became Liverpool’s fifth-youngest debutant.
“There are a lot of things to settle and learn, but there are already a lot of things that are there,” Klopp remarked of Gordon’s performance.
“We’ll treat him carefully. I am really happy he is here, he is a big talent,” he added.
