MI vs RR IPL 2023: On a Sunday evening in Mumbai, Rajasthan Royals made an electrifying start with Yashasvi Jaiswal delivering some early fireworks, while his opening partner Jos Buttler took his time to find his rhythm. The visitors swiftly reached a score of 26 runs by the end of the third over, thanks to a boundary and two powerful sixes. The second maximum shot was particularly impressive and could be considered as one of the standout shots of the match.

Yashasvi Jaiswal blows huge six
In his third appearance of the season, Jofra Archer was entrusted with the responsibility of bowling with the new ball by Mumbai Indians' captain, Rohit Sharma, in the second over of the match. This decision followed an initial 8-run over from Cameron Green to commence the game. Archer's opening delivery was a short and wide one, which Yashasvi Jaiswal skillfully chipped over point for a couple of runs.
On the very next ball, Archer once again opted for a short-pitched delivery, but Jaiswal confidently swung his bat and elegantly dispatched the ball over fine leg. The shot had such power and momentum that it sailed beyond the boundaries of the Wankhede Stadium, leaving the Mumbai Indian fielders helplessly watching it land outside the playing area. The impressive stroke by Jaiswal prompted the umpires to request a new ball for Archer to resume the game, as the previous one was lost due to the remarkable shot.
