NZ vs PAK: Currently, Bangladesh and Pakistan are playing in a T20 tri-series in New Zealand. Before the final between the top two teams on the points table, the three teams will face off against one another four times. The three teams have each played two games so far, and Pakistan is presently atop the standings after two victories. Bangladesh is in third place right now, followed by New Zealand.
At Christchurch's Hagley Oval, Pakistan and New Zealand squared off in the second game of the series. Even though Pakistan won the match handily, another factor contributed to its media attention. While the play was going on, a naked man entered the field. A nude man climbed over security and entered the ground when New Zealand was bowling. The security guards were quick to follow him. The individual was captured by the security personnel, but he was not ready to leave the field. He appeared to be immobile as he lay on the ground. He was eventually dispatched, though.
Babar Azam's match-winning 79-ball innings made it simple for the Men in Green to win the game (53). When Pakistan lost two wickets (including Mohammad Rizwan's) within the first six overs of chasing a total of 148, they were in serious difficulty. But for the fourth wicket, Azam and Shadab Khan combined for 61 runs. Shadab was kicked out, and Azam joined Mohammad Nawaz and Haider Ali in the centre. However, the captain's brave knock was the difference-maker in his team's victory.
Mark Chapman, Kane Williamson, and Devon Conway all contributed useful knocks for New Zealand. Williamson scored 31 runs off 30 balls, compared to 36 runs off 35 balls for Conway. Chapman, meanwhile, played an explosive knock of 32 from just 16 balls.
