Following the conclusion of the tournament, Dhoni underwent knee surgery in Mumbai to address the concern. After securing victory in this year’s IPL final, the iconic wicketkeeper expressed his desire to return for one more year if his knee permits, aiming to demonstrate his appreciation to the fans.
