RCB vs DC WPL 2023: Women Premier League’s eleventh match between RCB and DC is currently underway in Mumbai. After losing the toss RCB came to bat first. Though, due to effective bowling from DC, they could not muster a big score. However, impressive knocks from Ellyse Perry and Richa Ghosh helped their side achieve a respectable total, while they also hit some impressive hits.
Perry and Ghosh’s brilliant partnership
In the last six overs, Royal Challengers Bangalore scored 82 runs, thanks to aggressive hitting from Richa and Perry. While wicketkeeper Richa Ghosh played a brilliant cameo of 37 off 16 balls, hitting three boundaries and three maximums, Ellyse Perry also scored an unbeaten 67 off 52 balls. This was the second consecutive fifty for Ellyse Perry.
Perry kept the crowd entertained with her knock as she hit four boundaries and five maximums. In the 17th over, which was bowled by Tara Norris, both of them smashed 20 runs. Ellyse hit a six on the first ball while the latter hit on the third ball. Ellyse then continued to assault as she hit a massive maximum on the last ball of the over.
