RR vs SRH IPL 2023: The fourth match of the Indian Premier League is currently underway at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad between Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderbad. The home team won the toss and opt to field first. In a humble move, just before the match, both the teams and match officials observed silence to pay their respects to Salim Durani.

Silence observed for Salim Durani
On Sunday morning, Salim Durani, former cricket player from India, passed away at his home in Jamnagar due to age-related illnesses. He was 88 years old. During his career, he played in 29 cricket matches for India and took 75 wickets, with his best performance being taking 10 wickets for 177 runs. He also scored 1202 runs in his career, with his highest score being 104 runs against the West Indies in 1962.
Justa after the toss in today's IPL match, the team officials observed silence for the star cricketer, who had been a pioneer of Indian cricket during his team in the early era. The star cricket player scored a total of 8,545 runs with an average of 33.37 in first-class cricket matches, and he also achieved 14 centuries.
