At a strike rate of 229.09, his flamboyant knock featured as many as 11 fours and nine sixes.

Called up for the national squads

The right-hander was called up for the national squads for the tour to New Zealand for the T20Is and ODIs as well as the Bangladesh ODIs, so the knock could not have come at a better time.
