Taking to Twitter, Sundar Pichai wrote, “Search recorded its highest ever traffic in 25 years during the final of #FIFAWorldCup , it was like the entire world was searching about one thing.” Sundar Pichai’s this piece of information has made a lot of buzz since it was tweeted first. Many commented on football being the number one sport globally while others praised Google for providing timely updates and good coverage.
As a result of his victory in the World Final, Lionel Messi has joined the ranks of the greatest athletes in sporting history, fulfilled his long-held goal of winning the iconic trophy.
