World Cup 2023: Saeed Ajmal Targets Sachin In His Latest Interview; Says Pakistan Will Thrash India

World Cup 2023: With World Cup coming to a close, the controversies around the tournament are increasing daily. Just when we thought that the tension between India and Pakistan is settling down, Saeed Ajmal came forward and acted as oil for fire.

On Nadir Ali’s podcast, Saeed Ajmal recited the World Cup 2011 match between India Vs Pakistan and stated that he LBWd Sachin way before he actually got out. He also stated that Pakistan will defeat India in the World Cup 2023 match in Ahmedabad.

Ajmal attacked India's bowling line-up and deemed it not dangerous for the Pakistan team. And stated that if Bumrah will not play in World Cup, there is no medium pacer in the Indian bowling line-up that can trouble Pakistan's batsmen.

Sachin Was LBW Out

While talking on Nadir Ali's podcast, Saeed Ajmal recited the controversial LBW decision. He stated that both I and the umpire had given it out. At the time of the LBW appeal, Sachin was playing on 23 and umpire Ian Gould has given him out.

Sachin Tendulkar took the DRS and the decision was overturned as the ball was missing leg stump. Sachin went on to play a brilliant inning of 85 runs. He stated that the authorities cut two frames of LBW to show that the ball missed the stump.

Ajmal also stated that he has faced Sachin two times and got his wicket twice. For him, it is not tough to bowl to Sachin no matter how big of a legend he is.

Pakistan Will Defeat India in World Cup 2023

Ajmal boldly predicted that the match between India Vs Pakistan will end in India's defeat. He further went on and said that India always had a weak bowling line-up. Mohammed Siraj, Mohammed Shami, and Jadeja are good bowlers but they won't trouble Pakistan.

He further stated that the match will be close but Pakistan is the clear favorite in the match and has a 60% chance. Ajmal ended the podcast by favoring Pakistan as the favorite in World Cup 2023 match against India.
