WPL 2023: Inaugural season kicks off tomorrow - Know squads, fixtures, where to watch all the action

WPL 2023: The highly anticipated Women's Premier League is nearing its start. The maiden match of the WPL is just a day away as Gujarat Giants are all set to battle tomorrow i.e. on the 4th of March at DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai. WPL consists of five teams namely Royal Challengers Bangalore, Mumbai Indians, Gujarat Giants, UP Warriorz, and Delhi Capitals.

The complete season will be played in Mumbai's DY Patil Stadium and Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. The tournament will conclude with the finale taking place on the 26th of March. During the tournament, each team will play two matches with each of the other sides. The top three teams will qualify for the knockout stages while the table toppers will directly qualify for the finale. Teams at the second and third spots will battle in the Eliminator and the winner will clash with the table toppers in the finale.

WPL 2023 Broadcasting details

Fans can enjoy live streaming of WPL 2023 for free through the Jio Cinema app. Earlier, Viacom 18 grabbed the media rights for whooping INR 951 crores. The live streaming on TV will be available on Sports 18 channel. Tickets are also on sale for fans who wish to enjoy the match from the stadium. Entry has been made free for females, while men can purchase it for INR 100, and 400.
