Anurag Dhanda on Tuesday alleged a political conspiracy behind the reported firing incident at the house of singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh’s manager in Karnal, accusing the BJP of targeting Punjabis for political reasons.
Reacting to media reports about the firing incident, Dhanda claimed that gangster Lawrence Bishnoi was being given protection in Gujarat and alleged that the attack was linked to Diljit Dosanjh allegedly refusing an offer to join the BJP.
The AAP leader described the development as part of what he termed an “anti-Punjab mindset” and accused the BJP of attempting to intimidate Punjabis.

The remarks came after reports emerged regarding firing outside the residence of Diljit Dosanjh’s manager in Karnal. Media reports stated that police authorities have started investigating the matter and are examining the circumstances surrounding the incident.
