Srinagar Jammu Vande Bharat Express: Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has announced the extension of the Vande Bharat Express service operating between Srinagar and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra up to Jammu Tawi Railway Station.

Coach capacity increased
The train will also be augmented to 20 coaches, significantly increasing passenger capacity and catering to growing demand on the route.

The move is expected to benefit pilgrims traveling to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi shrine as well as tourists visiting Jammu and Kashmir, providing faster and more comfortable travel options.
