Asad Ahmed: The Uttar Pradesh Police moved the remains of Atiq Ahmed’s son Asad and his aide Ghulam from Jhansi to a mortuary in Prayagraj. The victims were spotted being moved to the mortuary in Prayagraj by two ambulances and an Uttar Pradesh police truck. The cremated bones of Asad Ahmed have been lowered into the grave next to those of his grandpa and Atiq’s father, Firoz Ahmed, at Prayagraj’s Kasari Masari cemetery.

In an encounter with UP Police’s Special Task Force, Asad Ahmed, the son of gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed, and his aide Ghulam were both slain. Atiq Ahmed’s son’s final rites done by his maternal family members at the Kasari Masari cemetery in front of the gangster-politician’s home. The burial of Asad has been prepared in the Kasari Masari neighbourhood of Prayagraj. In the meantime, Ghulam’s family has declined to accept his body, and his funeral will be officiated by the Uttar Pradesh Police. Asad will be laid to rest in the Kasari Masari cemetery in Prayagraj’s Dhumanganj neighbourhood.

A sizable crowd gathered in Atiq Ahmed’s neighbourhood
Following rumors that Asad’s body was being moved to Prayagraj on Friday night, a sizable crowd gathered in Atiq Ahmed’s neighbourhood, Kasari Masari. But since the body hadn’t been given to the family until late on Friday night, it was anticipated that the funeral would take place on Saturday. Atiq Ahmed’s family’s Kasari Masari Kabristan in Prayagraj will be the location for Atiq’s son’s burial. The distance between Prayagraj’s Dhumanganj Chakia to the cemetery is covered by strict security measures. Between Dhumanganj Chakia Tirahe and the Kasari Masari graveyard in Prayagraj, there are barricades in place.
Atiq Ahmed won’t be able to attend his son Asad’s burial
Atiq Ahmed and his brother, who have been listed as suspects in the murder of Umesh Pal, were taken to Dhumanganj on Thursday for questioning following a court appearance and remand. Atiq and Ashraf will be questioned by police for four days. It appears that Atiq Ahmed won’t be able to attend his son Asad’s burial because parole cannot be granted when a person is in jail detention. However, if a request is made to the District Magistrate on Atiq’s behalf, it will be taken into consideration. The District Magistrate may issue bail if the police place an accused person on detention. However, Atiq hasn’t taken any action of this nature thus far.
