Ayodhya Ram Mandir: A unique Aastha train service from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, to the recently constructed Lord Ram Lalla temple in Ayodhya has been announced by Indian Railways. This special Aastha train will go from Tatanagar in Jamshedpur to Darshan Nagar station in Uttar Pradesh, according to a story from The Avenue Mail.

Proximity to Ayodhya Ram Mandir

According to Google Maps, it is roughly 6–8 miles from Darshan Nagar station to Ayodhya Ram Mandir. The report also mentioned the introduction of special train services from Ranchi and Bokaro city in Jharkhand, in addition to this particular train.

Tata-Darshan Nagar Express Sets Pilgrimage Dates

The Tata-Darshan Nagar Express is scheduled to depart from Tatanagar station on January 29 and February 19, according to a report from The Avenue Mail. The train will leave Darshan Nagar on January 31 and February 21 for the return trip. On the return trip, the train will leave Tatanagar at 8 am and arrive in Darshan Nagar at approximately 3:20 am. On the outward voyage, the train will depart at 11:50 am and arrive in Tatanagar at 11 pm.

Aastha Train’s Halts for Devotees

In terms of stops, the train will stop at the following locations: Varanasi, Jaunpur, Akbarpur, Chandil, Purulia, Rajabera, Bokaro Steel City, Koderma, Gaya, Sasaram, and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. According to media sources, the railways reportedly agreed to operate 200 Aastha special trains from Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities on January 22 before the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.

The states from where the Aastha special train will be introduced are listed in the study as follows: Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi. The article further mentioned that it is expected that Ayodhya will be connected to the northeast state of Assam.

Revised Aarti and Darshan Hours for Devotees

The temple trust announced the new hours for Aarti and Darshan for devotees while a significant number of people continued to swarm Ayodhya Ram Mandir in anticipation of receiving a darshan from Ram Lalla. The Mangala prayer will be offered at 6:30 am, and the Shringaar aarti of the Ram Lalla idol will take place at 4:30 am, as per the revised schedule. Following the morning prayer, devotees can go to the temple for darshan starting at 7 a.m.

Ayodhya Ram Mandir’s Offering Prayers at Noon

The noontime bhog (offering) prayers and the 7:30 p.m. evening aarti are scheduled. The evening offering prayer will now begin at 8 p.m., per the updated schedule. Sharad Sharma, the media in-charge and provincial spokesperson for the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, announced that the Shayan aarti would be conducted at 10 pm to commemorate the conclusion of the day, as reported by NDTV.
