Begusarai News: A Man and a minor girl were allegedly beaten and stripped after they were caught in a compromising situation in the Begusarai district. The video of the incident was shared by many in the internet. In the video three men can be seen beating and stripping the minor girl and the man after being caught in a compromising situation. The man has been identified as a Music Teacher in the school.
Police registers case under the POCSO Act
According to the Police, the man is teaching Music in a school and he is around 40 years old. Police has registered a case under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, and also the Scheduled caste and scheduled Tribes act against the accused. Police has also launched search operation against the 3 accused who have stripped and beaten the minor girl. The cops are also examining the footage and the clothes recovered from the spot.
Cops launch search against the accused
The Cops are also conducting the Medical examination of the minor girl. They are also trying to find the family of the girl and find out if the parents are aware of the girl seeing the man. Cops will also record the statement of the minor girl in front of the Magistrate.
