The scheme offers a 25 percent special discount on ready-to-move-in flats in Narela and is exclusively available to serving and retired government employees, including personnel from central and state governments, public sector undertakings, public sector banks, universities, and autonomous bodies.

A limited number of flats remain available under the first-come, first-served allotment process. The scheme offers a range of housing options, including 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK apartments.
