G20 Summit in Uttarakhand: Ramnagar roads beautified, CM Dhami closely observing preps

Preparations for G20 summit are underway in Uttarakhand’s Ramnagar. The Udham Singh Nagar and Nainital districts’ administration has been keenly observing the preparations for the upcoming event. Foreign guests will arrive at Pantnagar Airport, after that they will leave for By Road Ramnagar. During the summit, the rich heritage and culture of Uttarakhand will be on display.

G20 summit in Ramnagar 

The G20 summit will be organised in Uttarakhand’s Ramnagar from the 28th March to 30th of March which will see participation of delegates from 100 countries. The preparations are being closely monitored by CM Pushkar Singh Dhami. He said that the summit is an opportunity to make the world familiar with rich cultural heritage of the mountain state while also promoting tourism. He has also directed the concerned officers to complete all the arrangements on time.

Preparations of G20 Summit in Uttarakhand

The Uttarakhand administration has intensified the preparations of G20 Summit in the state. The encroachments are being cleared while an upkeep of roads is also taking place in the state. The district Magistrate of Udham Singh Nagar Yugal Kishore has been personally observing the arrangements. 

Foreign guests participating in the G20 meeting will be welcomed at Pantnagar airport, after the reception foreign guests have to go by bus from Pantnagar via Rudrapur, Gadarpur, Bajpur in Ramnagar. The work of cleaning, plantation, painting is going on by the administration to beautify the proposed route.
